Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

• Purchased on cheatly.io: manage or cancel anytime at cheatly.io/account.html.
• Purchased in the iOS app: open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Cheatly, or manage it in the App Store app. App Store subscriptions can only be cancelled through Apple.

How do I get an answer to a question?

In the mobile app, use the Ask tab to snap a photo of the question or pick one from your library. With the Chrome extension, double-click a question on the page while Cheatly is enabled.

The extension stopped working — what do I do?

Open the Cheatly extension popup and press Restart Cheatly. If that doesn't help, refresh the page or toggle the extension off and back on.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email support@cheatly.io from the address on your account and we'll delete your account and associated data. The mobile app works without an account.

Where is my data stored? What do you collect?
